That said, it’s the rare breed that actually likes cold showers. If you’re stuck with one, we’re here to help. If it’s a tanked hot water unit, many times they have a pilot light. If you get down at the bottom of it you might see a window where you should see a small flame. Pilot light out? You can try restarting it (easy to google and find). Hopefully that works. If not, you may have a bad thermocouple or something else is going on.

You’ll find that unlike a lot of the big companies that charge outrageous sums for small repairs, we are reasonable and fair. If we do need to replace the water heater, we can usually do that for you on the same day for a great price. For example, if you need a chimney vented 50 gallon water heater, we have those in stock and install them for $1,600 all-in for our service plan customers, half the price of some companies out there.
And if you are worried about the cost, we have you covered. If you aren’t on our plan, you can sign up with our tech at the time of the repair or replacement and receive 20% off. We also offer financing if it’s not in your budget for today but you need to get the water heater back up and running.
